US

Description

Homework is the work students do after class, usually at home, to continue learning. It is the part of school life that follows the last bell and asks students to practice on their own. It can be reading before a discussion, solving math problems, writing an essay, studying for a test, or finishing a project. Teachers use it to help students remember what they learned in class and to see whether they understand it. For some students, it feels like a useful habit; for others, it can feel like one more task waiting at the end of the day.
