It also appears in many everyday patterns: being happy about something, happy with a result, happy for another person, or happy to do something. In some contexts, it simply means willing or glad, as in "I'm happy to help."

This feeling is not always loud or excited. It can be calm and quiet, closer to peaceful contentment than to celebration.
