"Predatory business practices" involve unfair or aggressive tactics designed to eliminate competitors. In these cases, the predator isn't seeking calories, but profit or power gained at the expense of another.
Understanding predation is crucial for understanding how ecosystems function and how species interact. It is a powerful force of natural selection, favoring traits that help predators catch food and help prey avoid becoming a meal.
