To be groggy is to feel sluggish, dazed, and unsteady, often because of too little sleep, illness, medicine, or a blow to the head. It is that fuzzy, disconnected feeling when your body seems slow and your thoughts are not fully clear. Think of it like walking through thick fog: everything feels muted and harder to process.
