A coincidence is when two or more separate events happen in an unexpected way and seem linked, even though they are not connected by cause and effect. It can feel personal and meaningful, like running into an old friend by surprise, but more often it's just chance.

Think about dreaming of a specific song, then hearing it on the radio a few minutes later. Or imagine meeting a stranger who is wearing the same odd T-shirt style as you. Coincidences can be funny, touching, or even creepy, but they are usually just random moments that make us pause and wonder.

A coincidence is a striking concurrence of events or circumstances that appear related but usually have no direct causal link. It happens when separate happenings line up in ways that seem meaningful or surprising, often making people feel the moment was unlikely.

In real life, though, it is usually best to remember that patterns are common in a large and random world, and what feels remarkable may simply be one of life’s random alignments.
